According to many of the other reviews, this jacket (WJC796_BLACK ) runs a little small, so I ordered a large. Typically, I wear between a medium and a large, and the large fits great. I think the medium would have been a bit too tight around my lats/upper arms which, in turn, would have caused the sleeves to be too short.

Just to give you an idea, I have an fairly "athletic" build, broad back and shoulders, and bigger arms than the average gal.
